Avoid Shepherd's Bush Green today!
The top end of Shepherd's Bush Road beyond Blythe Road is closed following the fire at the Great Comission Ministry Church in Shepherd's Bush Road, which destroyed the roof, and which started at the hostel next door.
Police cordons are still in place around the area, including the western end of Minford Gardens, and fire engines are banked up alongside the BP garage.
Traffic congestion is heavy and getting onto the green itself very slow-moving.
