From The Editor
... and it's pretty impressive. Most stores are up and running, with well-trained staff and all manner of opening offers to tempt us into spending/ease the burden of Christmas shopping. Almost more exciting are the array of lovely cafés and restaurants in which to take a well-earned break. Despite the early morning crowds, there was a feeling of space and light and it was almost impossible to lose my children - oh well, there's always another day!
