May it be a time to make the most of what's on our doorstep...
It's so cold right now, and the post-Christmas credit crunch is worse than ever so I have no desire to move far from home anyway. My local shops will serve me just as well and may inspire me to look for winter warming ingredients such as slow-cooked lamb, or ready-marinated meats for grilling if I'm feeling lazy. Naama on Uxbridge Road, near Bloemfontein Road, has a particularly great selection of DIY kebab ingredients, among other delicacies.Latest Posts:
