From Saturday 4 October to Thursday 9 October Harrow Arts Centre will be the centre of a 6 day Carnival!

Panchamukhee Durga Utsav 2008 ; is one of the oldest and largest festival in the Indian sub-continent and celebrates the triumph of good over evil.

This year promises to be a dynamic cultural carnival with more than 35 cultural events; people from all backgrounds and ages can take part and enjoy together this wonderful event. 

Here you have some of the events you can enjoy during that week:

* A Journey of Folk Music by DOHAR

* Children's Dance Performance

* Taraweeh - ecstatic Sufi Music with powerful rhythms.

* Bollywood Dance.
