Singing Handyman

I see the singing handyman around St John's Wood every now and then. For those of you who haven't seen him, he's a riot. He sings over a loud speaker and bubbles come out of his car...all while driving! It's basically a kid's dream...

I wonder, does he sing and bring bubbles when he's actually doing the handyman work?
