Do you know where this missing dog is?

Have you seen this dog? Do you know where he is now? Do you know who has him and how they got him? He has been missing since 17/07/09. He is a Lakeland Terrier /cross breed. He is small and red/ginger in colour with a blackmask (mouth area) and dark eyes. His coat is short and slightly wiry , his tail is short. He is 3 years old and nervous of loud noise.
