What is the "events" section?

The events section is designed to help you find real, local events taking place where you live. If you've got an event on or spot something we're missing, you can post you own events and add venues. You can even save your favourites events to build your own personal calendar of interesting events coming up in your community.

Saturday Puppet Club: For 5-10 Years

Club members see a performance of 'Petrushka' at Little Angel before undertaking a nine-week challenge to create their own puppets and develop a short play for performance. The term culminates in a grand finale for friends and family. the club is split into to two age groups, 5-7s and 8-10s.

Street Dance Hoxton Moves

Work with professional dancers and choreographers to develop your dance skills and techniques. This street dance class gives you the chance to learn new moves, create your own dances and perform on the Hoxton Hall stage and other events through out the year.

Nik Kershaw

Nik Kershaw was born in Bristol in 1958. His formative years were spent in Ipswich where he discovered his love for music. In 1978, after three years working as a civil servant, he turned professional, serving his apprenticeship playing guitar in jazz fusion and functions bands.
